In general, inserting images into a post can be complex for users unfamiliar with the  CMS toolbar. The recommended format is a regular jpg / png / gif that is less than 800px wide, or use a thumbnail link to the full-size image in your media folder.  This ensures people on mobile devices will not have to wait a long time for a page to load content, and the content is quickly browse-able by all users.

1. Click the toolbar button to open your image manager:

2. Open the server user media file manager:

3. Select the file upload tool for your account:

4. Open the upload file chooser:

5. Upload a file to your media folder:

6. Select which server file or thumbnail you wish to insert into a document:

7. Insert the selected file URI:

8. Click OK to insert img tag into your document:

9. Save your document
